Something as simple as volunteering to distribute groceries to people in need can make a significant impact in your community. That's exactly what we, at Generation Motivation, did last weekend.
We volunteered for the Free Food Saturday at the St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia. This event is held on the last Saturday of each month from 11:30 to 1pm at 3000 Webb Bridge Road, Alpharetta, Ga 30009. Packages include fresh vegetables, meat, bread, non-perishable items and drinks. If you need assistance or know someone who needs it, please spread the word about this event.
"There are so many ways to use your gifts, talents, and platforms to impact this world. This event was awesome and it felt good to simply serve others." says Generation Motivation's co-founder Teresa Snipes.
